A place for every part of rental management.
Use the tools included in your plan to connect rent collection, electricity allocation, contract signing and move-out settlement.
Rent collection and payment verification
Preview and issue rent bills by lease period, track amounts due and received separately, and record partial payments. Tenant payment reports count as receipts only after verification.
Deposit management
Collection at move-in, adjustments during the tenancy, and deductions and refunds at move-out all stay on the same deposit record, so every change in the amount is visible.
Utility allocation
Fixed rate, meter reading and proportional allocation are all supported. Enter the building bill and each room's meter reading, and the system splits the amount per room and writes the expense records.
Move-out settlement
Walk through the property condition check, outstanding charges and deposit deductions, produce a settlement statement, and send the tenant a link to confirm and sign it online.
Online contract signing
Generate a contract from your own company template and send the tenant a one-time link. Tenants do not need an account — they sign by hand on their phone.
Reports and export
Income, occupancy and tenant reports export to CSV or Excel for your accountant; monthly landlord statements have their own page.
Set up once. Connect each month’s work.
Start with rooms and leases
Add properties, rooms and tenants, then set rent, deposits and billing terms so each period has a clear starting point.
Issue bills. Verify receipts.
Preview rent bills for the period before issuing them, then record receipts after payment arrives. Track tenant reports separately from confirmed receipts. Automatic billing and notifications require an eligible plan and completed setup.
Reconcile and hand over with records
Organize income and expenses with reports and exports. At move-out, continue with room condition checks, outstanding charges and deposit deductions.
Automatic billing and notifications require an eligible plan and completed setup. Tenants pay through the method you agree on; verify and record receipts after payment arrives. The system does not automatically debit bank accounts.
From scattered records to a connected workflow.
Compare the tasks you handle each month.
| Monthly task | Separate spreadsheets and messages | The HouseHu workflow |
|---|---|---|
| Check rent bills | Match lease periods, months and amounts yourself | Preview and issue bills for each lease’s billing period |
| Track payments | Cross-check transfer messages against your rent sheet | Keep amounts due, receipts, verification and partial payments on record |
| Check rooms and leases | Find room numbers and expiry dates across separate records | Open tenants, leases and related tasks from a room |
| Reconcile and hand over | Compile income, expenses and supporting records again | Use reports and exports with an audit trail you can look up |
Spreadsheets and messages can also work with a clear process. The right tool depends on your portfolio and how you collaborate.
When something goes wrong, you have the record
Audit trail
The system keeps an audit log of write actions such as creates, edits and deletes, noting who did it, when and what was done, so it can be looked up afterwards.
Role-based access
Company owners, managers, admins and regular users each see a different scope, and individual properties can be assigned to a dedicated manager.
Daily backups
The database is backed up daily with an off-site copy, and each backup is integrity-checked rather than simply assumed good.
A few things you may want to know.
Do I need to pay first?
No. Registration includes a 14-day trial of the Team plan with 15 users and 500 rooms. After the trial, your account moves to Free (5 rooms, 1 user), with no automatic charges. See the pricing page for current terms.
Do tenants need an account?
Tenants can sign contracts on their phone through a one-time link without registering. Tenant payment pages and other portal features depend on the access and invitations set up by the management team.
