Explore the features

Rent collection
Follow lease bills through payment verification so self-managing landlords and rental teams can distinguish amounts due, recorded collections and items awaiting review.

Electricity management
For landlords and rental teams organizing rental meters, usage periods and electricity bills. Trace calculations back to their settings and recorded readings.

Landlord statements
For rental teams reporting monthly income and expenses to multiple landlords. Turn recorded property and financial data into statements that can be reviewed and exported.

Deposit management
Follow a deposit from an expected receipt through actual collection and return, with records you can reconcile.

Move-out settlement
Start with the lease, review unpaid charges and deposit deductions, then track tenant confirmation, completion and the resulting payments.

Online contract signing
Generate or upload a contract under its lease, review the content, attachments and version, then deliver a signing link and track the document.

Reports and export
Review financial, deposit and monthly summaries, export supported report types, or use financial export when you need transaction-level records.

Lease management
Create a lease for an existing tenant and room, check its dates and rent terms, then connect billing, contracts and move-out when those features are enabled.

Properties and rooms
Build a structure of property records and their rooms so tenants, leases, room statuses and handover records refer to the right place.
Choose the workflow, then check access
Basic rental, tenants, payment tracking and deposits are included in current Free plans. Automation, contracts and reporting require additional enabled features; availability and allowances follow the current plan page and your company license.
Recorded activity still needs review
Set up the relevant records and rules before relying on generated bills or reports. The system does not automatically debit bank accounts, transfer rent or pay refunds.
