How billing works
You pay per company, one year at a time: choose a plan (Personal or Team) by how you manage, then a room tier.
Rooms: every room in your company that is not archived counts, including vacant ones. Archived properties and rooms do not.
Tier: choose the smallest tier that fits your current number of rooms. When rooms exceed the tier limit, move up to the next tier.
