Organize actual properties before adding tenants and leases
Build a structure of property records and their rooms so tenants, leases, room statuses and handover records refer to the right place.

- 101 | OccupiedDemo tenant A → active lease
- 102 | Awaiting move-inDemo tenant B → upcoming lease
- 103 | VacantNo current tenant linked
Give properties and rooms distinct roles
Create a property record with its name and address, then add its actual rooms. Tenants and leases can refer to those records, reducing ambiguity between rooms with similar names.
Review locations alongside their records
Review room status, linked tenants and leases, and consult condition and handover records when needed. Authorized company accounts maintain management records; the separate landlord portal is not a property-editing workspace.
Match access to scale and responsibilities
Current Free plans include basic property and room management. Room allowances follow the plan page and actual company license. Property assignment is a Team-or-higher collaboration feature and also requires the appropriate role and property permissions.
