Move-in and move-out handover checklist

Check the room together at move-in or move-out, record equipment condition and meter readings, and print a checklist to sign.

Calculated in your browser. Your inputs are never uploaded. Full data details

Calculations run only in your browser. Your inputs and results are not sent to the server or saved in storage. Reloading restores the synthetic examples. Local files are created only when you choose print or download. Do not enter names, addresses or account details.

A quick worked example

The studio example contains 9 items. Mark the door lock good and flooring damaged; with the others unconfirmed, the summary shows 2 checked and 7 unchecked.

Enable JavaScript to change the example and see a live calculation.

How is this calculated? Limits and assumptions
  1. Choose studio, private room or whole-home presets, then add, remove or rename items. All items start as unchecked; a preset is not evidence of good condition.
  2. Mark each item good, damaged or missing. Record quantities, readings and agreed observations in notes. Checked = good + damaged + missing; unchecked = total − checked.
  3. The printable table includes every item, notes, date and two signature lines. Review it together. The checklist does not decide liability or automatically create deposit deductions.

NT$ results are displayed as whole dollars; calculations retain cents. Rates and meter usage keep necessary decimals.

Estimates only. The parties’ agreement and applicable law prevail.

How this compares with HouseHu

HouseHu condition records support on-site photos and a list of past move-in and move-out records, subject to company roles and property access. This local tool does not upload photos or retain history. Responsibility and any move-out deductions require a separate review.

Frequently asked questions

Do preset items mean the inspection is finished?

No. Every item starts unchecked. Inspect each item on site before changing its status. Remove fixtures that do not exist rather than marking them good.

Can this page upload photos or retain inspection history?

No. Inputs are neither uploaded nor stored; reloading restores the example. Use product condition records when you need photos and past records.

What happens when I change the room type?

The item list changes to that room type’s preset. If you have edited items, statuses or notes, you must confirm first; cancelling retains your current list.
