How is this calculated? Limits and assumptions
- Estimated payout = rent cash received this month − agreed management fee − owner-borne costs advanced − other deductions.
- This is a simplified manual payout worksheet. It does not automatically classify deposits, taxes, multiple properties or utilities collected. A deficit requires review and is not an established debt.
- Enter amounts with up to two decimal places; calculations use cents. Do not enter the same cost in both advanced costs and other deductions.
NT$ results are displayed as whole dollars; calculations retain cents. Rates and meter usage keep necessary decimals.
Estimates only. The parties’ agreement and applicable law prevail.
How this compares with HouseHu
The product’s landlord monthly statement reports actual receipts, confirmed expenses, their difference and deposit information by each receipt date, with CSV/Excel exports. It does not currently deduct management fees or calculate the amount payable to a landlord. This tool is a separate manual payout worksheet, not a claim that these extra calculations are automated in the product.

Frequently asked questions
Which month gets September rent received in October?
To match the product’s statement, use each actual receipt date. The original rent bill stays in its original month.
Does the product automatically calculate the management fee?
No. The product organizes actual income and expenses; this worksheet separately estimates a payout from fees you manually enter.
